For all the color we have throughout the rest of the house, our bedroom is pretty neutral. We have black, white, gray, and metallics. Any color in the room comes from the art on the walls and the jewelry I leave strung about. Eventually I'd like to replace our dresser and bed with something a little less heavy (maybe some wood to warm up the gray and white) but it works for the moment. The walls here are Wickham Gray, which is what we painted the living room as well, because it's just a lovely cool gray. The photos above the dresser are from our honeymoon in Italy, and I'd like to three or six more photos framed and hung above these to add some vertical interest. One of these days, I'll get around to showing you the ugliest ceiling fan on the east coast (currently whirring above our bed), but it's Monday and I don't want to distress you all.
Welcome! I'm Arielle, and this is Scotch & Nonsense. Whether you've come for the home projects, the recipes, or the cocktails, I'm thrilled you're here and I hope you'll stay a bit.
