I'd like to offer a rebuttal. Two, in fact. First off, your grandmother probably drinks better than you do. I know mine was drinking old fashioneds (for brunch no less!) well before Don Draper made them trendy again. Plus, there's not a drop of sour mix in this recipe, so wipe that look off your face.

CLEMENTINE WHISKEY SOUR
2 ounces whiskey (I'm using a bourbon today)
1 ounce fresh lemon juice
Juice of half a clementine
1 tsp sugar
Clementine slice, for garnish
Add first five ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until frothy. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a clementine slice.
