Hello from Miami! I'm celebrating a friend's bachelorette this weekend, and I figure it's only fair to bring a bit of party to the blog today too. I've got a round up of five favorite springtime cocktails, because it's important to have options.
First up is the Pimm's cup, which is a classic British drink and oh so refreshing. Pimms has a low alcohol content, making this cocktail a bit lighter. Of course, if you want a bit more kick, you can sub out 1/2 the Pimms for some gin.
I humbly submit that a margarita is actually perfect year round, but it's undeniable that this cucumber jalapeño margarita tastes better outside on a sunny day.
Citrusy, herbal, and pretty in pink. The Bloody Valentine has a mean name but a very nice taste.
This lemongrass daiquiri is going to carry me from spring through summer. Daiquiris are having a well-deserved moment, people. Get on board.
The blackberry pepper fizz is bright and a touch sweet, with just enough pepper to keep you on your toes.
